The total fee for the academic year 2025-2026 is € 29 000 and covers both tuition and board & lodging.
In principle, fees have to be paid before the beginning of the academic year. Self-funding students may however (upon written request) pay in a maximum of three instalments. Fees are free of bank transaction costs.

At Natolin, the fees cover:
- Tuition, registration, examinations
- Two study trips (fully covered)
- Summer Language Academy
- Language proficiency certificates
- Introductory courses before the start of the academic year
- Accommodation: private room with bathroom and cleaning service (either on the campus or in a villa/apartment adjacent to the campus)
- Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner (including Sundays and public holidays)
- Wireless internet connection on the campus (classrooms, library and residences)
- On-campus sports facilities
